Any provider referenced must meet the following conditions that validates their existence as a provider:
She must be an independent, reputable provider. NO STUDIO, AGENCY, MASSAGE THERAPISTS nor MASSAGE PARLOR GIRLS will be accepted as references.
She must have a website (or email) that is accessible and currently viewable on-line.
She must have an advertisement that is accessible and currently viewable on-line. It also must be listed through one of the major adult advertisement services. (i.e., Eros, Cityvibe, TER etc.) No Craig's List, or Backpage ads will be accepted.
She must have several and recent client reviews. This reviews must be listed through one of the major provider review forums. (i.e. TER, TBD, etc.)
If you seek to be successfully screened, you must complete all fields of the screening form or your submission will be discarded.

All applicants who submit a legitimate and accurately completed screening request will receive notice of approval or rejection upon completion of the
screening process. It may take up to 24hrs, so please try to plan well in advance to ensure my availability (At least 48 hours notice is suggested)
